1. Overview

This Shipping & Return Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle returns for all orders placed on our website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing time may take slightly longer.


2A. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after payment confirmation.

Once an order has entered production, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom-made, personalized, and bulk orders cannot be canceled once production has started.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with trusted international logistics partners to deliver orders worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, weather conditions, and local carrier performance.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Destination country or region
  • Shipping method selected

The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs charges unless otherwise stated.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
  • We recommend checking your local import policies before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


7. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If your package is lost or delayed significantly, please contact our support team and we will assist in investigating the issue.


7A. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Unclaimed packages

the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping, handling, or reshipping costs.


7B. Refused Packages

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons not caused by our error, original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees may be deducted from any refund.


7C. Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.


🔁 RETURN POLICY

8. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or damaged product
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Bulk or wholesale orders with special pricing (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

10. Bulk / Wholesale Orders (Important)

As we offer tiered pricing for bulk purchases:

  • Bulk orders may have limited return eligibility.
  • Partial returns may not be accepted for discounted bulk pricing.
  • For large quantity orders, we may offer replacement or partial compensation instead of requiring a return.
  • Wholesale, OEM, and ODM orders may be subject to separate contracts, quotations, or purchase agreements, which will take precedence over this policy.

We strongly recommend reviewing all order details carefully before placing a bulk order.


11. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  3. Include clear photo or video evidence, if applicable.
  4. Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending any item back.

Do not return any item without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Our designated return warehouse may vary depending on the product and destination country.


12. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

13. Refund After Return

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund or replacement without requiring the product to be returned.

For approved non-defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.


14. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible.
  2. Provide photos, videos, and tracking information.
  3. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or compensation where appropriate.

15. Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned to us as unclaimed may be eligible for a refund excluding original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges.
