4. Bulk / Wholesale Orders (Important)

- Bulk orders may not be eligible for partial refunds unless items are defective or incorrect.
- We may require photo or video proof before processing any claim.
- For large quantity orders, we may offer replacement or partial compensation instead of a full refund.
- Wholesale, OEM, and ODM orders may be governed by separate contracts, quotations, or purchase agreements, which will take precedence over this policy.

5. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- We will confirm the approval within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Payment providers such as PayPal may require additional processing time.
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement or partial refund without requiring the product to be returned.
6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.

Once an order has entered production, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Custom-made, personalized, and bulk orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
