What product categories can Wandefu source?

Wandefu supports six core product categories: stationery, arts and crafts, bags, storage products, accessories and tableware. Buyers can also send us a product image or reference link for related products not currently displayed on the website.

What is the MOQ for ready-made products?

Ready-made products are available from 200 pieces. Product availability, color combinations and packaging options should be confirmed before quotation.

What is the MOQ for OEM and ODM projects?

OEM and ODM customization is available from 2,000 pieces per individual product style. Quantities from different product styles cannot be combined to meet the customization MOQ.

How long does sample preparation take?

Stock samples can typically be prepared within 3 days. OEM and ODM samples can typically be developed within 7 days after the product requirements, artwork and specifications have been confirmed. International delivery time is not included.

How long does mass production take?

Mass production typically takes around 30 days after sample approval and order confirmation. The final schedule depends on the product, quantity, packaging requirements and production arrangement.

What compliance documents can be provided?

Relevant EN 71, REACH, ASTM and RoHS test reports can be provided for applicable products. Document availability depends on the product type, materials and destination market. Wandefu’s production partners are BSCI-audited, and relevant audit documents can be provided for project review.

Which payment methods and trade terms are supported?

Supported payment methods include T/T, D/P and L/C. Available trade terms include EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. The final payment and delivery terms are confirmed according to the order and destination.

Can products from different categories be combined in one order?

Yes. Wandefu can coordinate products from different categories within one sourcing project and, where appropriate, consolidate them for shipment. However, the applicable MOQ must still be met for each product or customized style.
